At Dance Macabre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Digital Products

• All sales of digital products are final.
• Digital items cannot be returned or refunded once they have been delivered.
• If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at info@dance-macabre.com and we will ensure you receive working files promptly.

Clothing & Physical Products

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for in-stock items.
• Pre-order items are also eligible for return once delivered, under the same conditions.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exceptions

• Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
• Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
